- 2 cups walnuts whole
- .5 cup gluten free oats
- 2.5 cups dates pitted
- .75 cups raw cacao powder
- Goji berries and almond slices for topping optional

- Combine walnuts and oats into a food processor and process until they are broken down.
- Add dates and cacao powder and process until everything sticks together in one large mass.
- Spread mixture into an 8 x 8 baking pan, top with goji berries and almond slices, and refrigerate until set (about an hour).
